🚚 Eprofishing Shipping, Delivery & Exchange Policy

At Eprofishing, we want your order to reach you quickly and securely, and we want you to feel confident about shopping with us. Please review our policy below.

📦 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Within Egypt: 2–5 business days.

    • International orders (if applicable): 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

  • You can use this number to track your shipment directly with the courier.

🚚 Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with trusted carriers such as Aramex, DHL, FedEx, or local couriers.

  • Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and order size.

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted zones.

  • Certain oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping fees, which will be shown at checkout.

🛑 Delays & Liability

  • Eprofishing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • Once an order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.

❌ Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

At Eprofishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you with an exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

🔄 Exchanges

  • You can exchange an item for a different size, model, or color (if available).

  • If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll provide store credit for your next order.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you received the wrong or defective product, we’ll cover return shipping and send the replacement at no charge.

⚠️ Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Clearance items: Products sold at a heavily discounted price (such as seasonal sales or stock clearance) are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

📩 How to Start an Exchange (Step by Step)

  1. Contact us at info@eprofishing.co or via WhatsApp/phone: +201276115028 with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the item back securely and share the tracking number with us.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit.
