The rod is constructed on a one-piece tubular glass blank with a solid glass tip, delivering exceptional toughness while reducing the risk of breakage under heavy load. Fitted with SeaGuide aluminum oxide guides, it ensures smooth line flow and reliable performance even during long, brutal fights. Roller start and tip guides on selected models further enhance line protection under extreme drag pressure.

For comfort and stability, the Squall II features a triangle-shaped EVA foregrip that minimizes rod rotation under pressure. Heavy-duty reel seats keep your reel locked in tight, while the aluminum gimbal and slick butt provide maximum leverage and protection when used in rod holders or while fighting fish stand-up.
